The Supernova Rate in Starburst Galaxies

My dissertation is available here, in a form. I've created a PostScript file for each chapter. Unfortunately, the last time I checked, the ghostview program had a tough time displaying the text properly. I found that using magstep2 gave the best results. Sending the file to a printer did produce nicely-formatted copy, so you could try that.

Oh, yes, the ghostview program will also display each chapter with the pages ordered back to front, which makes it hard to read. I'd print out the pieces of interest, if I were you...
