Don Epand wanted me to clarify a couple of points.
(1) He is associated with Fairborn Observatory
(2) There is no connection between Fairborn and the defunct Autoscope
(this is a long story)
(3) His email adr is depand1@home.com, and he does not have a mail
address at GNAT.
