Lens cleaning



I think CO2 cleaning is a little overdoing it for an amateur.
Might want to try collodion cleaning which is less expensive
since it does not require any equipment.
Wahen applied on the lens, it dries, making a pellicle which
can be remove when dried. This pellicle removes all the dirt
on the lens.
It does not scracth the lens, nor does careful cleaning with
alcohol or other solutions. But Tom statement is true, the less
a lens is cleaned, the longer it lasts...
