Quickcam

There's been a lot of discussions on many lists about quickcam and
what they can do. One of the latest Sky and Tel had a paper about
them. I like Pedro Re's page the most. I suggest you take a look
at the moon animation.

I think it is not really sensitive enough, nor has a wide field enough
to do something useful. But unless it is tried, it is only a guess.
I should find the time to buy one, and put an 8mm video lens in front
of it.
It uses a TC255 TI Sensor.
There is a profusion of web page on how to disassemble the camera, source
code, etc... plus it would be very easy to put the images in real time
over the net and see what the colleagues are doing.
