new TASS Database software (Vers 0.7)

I have posted new database software to
ftp://ftp.tass-survey/pub/incoming/TASS_Database_0.7_19MAY98.tgz-2

Get the ".tgz-2" as the other non "-2" file died in tranist.
The "tgz-2" file should be renamed to just plain ".tgz".  To
make it clearer the correct file is 115646 bytes with an md5
checksum as follows:

For those who are new or lost track.  This software is used
to create and maintain a TASS database server

This is a snapshot taken at a point just after testing with a
300+ frame processing run.  New features are:
1) Split "observation" tables to allow for unlimited number of
   recors.
2) Better packaging, makefiles, install scripts and documentation.
3) self consistant units.  mas and milliarcsecond
4) teatment of error bars as per agreement
5) Enviroment variables control location of files and name
   of database.
6) The tar file includes _everything_ you need to build the            
software. please let me know if I am wrong about this.

There is an HTML file in the /doc directory that will, when
complete talk all about the database, it's orgaization, how
to use it and how to install the software.  Should be enough
there now to get someone started.
