aesthetically pleasing redesign of TASS home page

  I spent this lovely Saturday afternoon designing a new HTML page
for the TASS home site.  It is a lot more compact than the old one,
and looks less boring.  Please check it out, and let me know what
you think.

  The new version looks pretty terrible with Lynx (at least
my version, 2.6), because the table isn't handled well.

  Other quick notes:

       1. New page for "pretty pictures" needs MORE pretty pictures.
          Please send me any TASS-related images which you like, and
          I'll add them to the set.

       2. I fixed the guestbook -- it was failing because the URL
          in its cgi-bin script was bad.  Oops.

       3. We need a logo.  I'll collect any and all cool GIF/JPEG
          files people send me, and we can vote for the official
          TASS logo.  

       4. It took a long time to re-organize things.  Maybe I should
          have been working on the database instead :-(

       5. My machine has a new alias:

             a188-l009.isc.rit.edu   <->  a188-l009.rit.edu

          This may make things easier if I have to move again...
