With these revised figures I have finally found the 60Hz noise; it
comes out aliased at 16Hz. The faster pixel readout shifts the
frequencies of the other hash too; revised figures are:

18.7KHz  1.1 digits^2 No idea what the source might be!
21.7     0.8          These are all image d150004
37.5     0.5          I have not yet looked in this detail
40.4     0.7          at the other dark images.  

16Hz     0.3 digit^2  = 60Hz aliased
It is worth repeating that these noises are completely invisible
in the images that have any signal in them!

The gaps in the data viewed as a time series are no problem -
stay tuned for further details ... real soon now.
