Stepping Motor Problem

Thanks to all who offered help on the stepping motor "problem".  Looks like
that is not the problem.  Well, it was but was fixed at one level.  Now I
have another problem that was masked by the first problem.  Ain't life
grand.  Just keep pealing back the onion and finding more problems.  But
the star spot size keeps getting smaller.   Just a question of how good it
will be.

More on the new (really an old well known problem) tomorrow.
