Can we make getting off the TASS mail list easier?

This is the third request in a couple weeks.  It's OK if
people subscribe then find out the tass list is not for them.

How about putting "unsubscribe" instructions on the web page
That way we could refer these people to the "how to unsubscribe"
URL.  Maybe if unsubscribe instructions appear _above_ the
subscribe instructions?


BTW.
Looks like the guy below has a "y2z" problem.  Most of us
where worried about "y2k". :)
