Are you using the new log scaling I added? Sorry, I can't tell from
your note. What problems did you run into? I thought about sending
an executable but did not know what kind would be required. I am
set up to build on Linux/i386, Solaris/SPARC, and Linux/Alpha
I think mira is SunOS/SPARC? If so, I have an old IPC looking for
job. I can set it up to run SunOS 4.1.3
The log scaler worked well for me. As I said hundreds of stars
were visible but it did look like I had some wrap around problem.
Could that be the "32768" problem you corrected? If you have made
changes I'd like to fold them back in to what I have and maybe add
some command line switches so you can make run-time adjustment rather
then do re-compiles.
