Do you want to talk about the socket level interface I use between my
real-time control server and it's clients or can you figure it out by
reading the source code on my web page.  If you like to read C code
the program M4Cclient.c is an example of how to send commands.  M4Cclient
may even compile under Win95

Also, the library "Tmkivd.c" may be directly usable from Win95. If not
it is a simper example than M4Cclient.c but is not a complete program.
