[TASS] Mark III Linux "Star" Batch Processing Program "Alpha" Release
Michael has posted on the TASS Web Page a port of the "Star"
processing program for Mark III images which will process (in batch
mode) all of the Mark III images in a particular directory on a Linux
system. I have tested it under RedHat Linux 6.0. I am going to send
Michael some test files so he can test it on his Linux system running
RedHat. 5.2
When the program starts up it asks for:
(1) Raw Input File Directory
(2) Dark Vector Path
(3) Flat Vector Path
(4). Sigma Limit
(5). Sum Ratio
(6). Site Code
It uses the Sortsao.txt catalog which it expects to be in the same
directory as the raw Mark III images to process. This should be
considered as an "Alpha" port I am still trying to sort out some small
differences between the Windows version and the Linux port. I am not
sure that I am using all of the latest versions of the files in Mike's
"IP" Library.
I would like for folks to try it out on different Linux
platforms to see if it is able to run "ok" using the statically linked
libraries in this version of the compile......
