What I am finding is that the CPU is not the bottle neck in
driving a Mark IV system.  A P100 is fine.  You will need
a bunch of RAM.  I'd say 64MB.  48MB would be cuting it close.

As we saw a couple months ago the ISA bus speed is the weak
link.  My software now drives the Mark IV buffer card within
a percent of so of the theorical ISA bus speed.  Use whatever computer has the
best ISA bus speed.  Note
that this may not be the newest computer.  Many older computers
had faster ISA busses then many of the newest.  Also make
sure that no other ISA card is in the computer as it will
slow down the buffer card driver.
