Data Set 16

The 28th produced a better data run. 5 CDs full of data with a clear
sky. The 29th produced 6 CDs, but there was some thin cloud. The 28th and
29th were both made with the VVH clock set to 4.1 volts and should have a
little more dynamic range. We will have a lot of data.

I am working on getting out a sampler disk. I will then send more data to
anyone that processes the first disk. It will take at least a week as I am
trying to keep the production line going.

I think the design has settled out. The Declination drive will never
please some, but it should be good enough for a survey where one does not
really care where one is pointing. I should be able to get it down to 1/2
degree.

I have put the computer that just returned from NOFS on MICHAEL and have
started serious testing. I will have to go the basement and assemble a
few cameras and lenses so I have spares before I can test Michael with
stars. It will be soon.
