Certainly the quality of imaging has improved, that is important. Improved
cooling has probably reduced hot pixels and dark current. I have an
unpublished proto-Tech NOte on CCD behavior from previous Mark IV
images. Since Tom will send me a disk 16 data set, I can update and complete
this TN accordingly. Tom, if you offer some parameters you'd like to have
reviewed, I'll consider trying to do so. My Note covers disk #5 (SEpt 1999,
from Arne camera H3 and H4), and discusses dark image values and variations;
covered pixels; bright corners; and hot pixels vs. CCD temperature. Maybe
I'll "publish" what I have and Tom can offer new data and I'll update it again.
