Re: Camera Schedule(s)
Glenn,
I hope much earlier than that. Michael is coming out the first week or so
in December. I would say early spring for MIKE and GLENN. Things go fast
if I am not worrying about major changes. MIKE is wired. GLENN is
partially assembled and sitting on the bench. I just need a few parts to
be made. New side plates for GLENN because the drawings were wrong, and
new focus parts and lens plates for both. I would expect to have the new
parts by the end of the year. This does not affect check out as all the
new parts can be replaced as a last step.
When Michael comes and captures MICHAEL I will move MIKE out on the porch
and try to take data. It will probably be snowing, so it may take a while
to get a good check out, but this goes faster every time. Once I see
enough stars with MIKE, then GLENN will go out into the cold. Lets say the
spring thaw for both. The ides of March or so.
