"new" Tech Notes on Mark IV coma, saturation, dark current

I've provided TASS two Tech notes on Tom Droege's Mark IV based on
images from his CD #5 from 1999. While the information may be
superceeded by Tom's later work on his cameras, I may report on that
work and these TN's provide background on my methods. Also, Tom
asked for retrospective study of his images. These are now on the
TASS Web site in the "technical" section, thanks to Michael Richmond.

TN #70 is titled "Mark IV CD#5: measures of coma and saturation".
Coma was subsequently reduced by Tom's reversal of one lens for
subsequent imaging. Saturation is still a topic of interest, although
more recent work by Tom may have changed the saturation level of the
imager.

TN #71 is titled "Mark IV CD#5: dark images by columns and rows".
Again, Tom's subsequent work with cooling has reduced dark current
and some of the effects seen here. But my simple programs to read
images by rows or columns and to perform statistics are informative.
Those programs are include with this note (MS-DOS .exe and C sources).

Most of this information was discussed in 1999, but I welcome any
comments and additional considerations. I will probably not update
these TN's, I'd rather issue new ones for new data. But I will correct
any errors or relevant ommissions. Meanwhile I'm looking at Tom's
Disk 12, 15, and 16 in similar fashion to the two TN's above.
