I just sent out the bid package for the first set of parts.  This one has a 
couple of 1/4" side plates for ARNE, the parts for the RA Chamois drive 
modifications, and parts for the modified (I am careful not to say improved 
here) focus drive.  It also has fixed side plates for GLENN, and side 
plates for SAREL and DOUG.  OK, just because I am investing in side plates 
does not necessarily make a commitment.   I also have two more sets of side 
plates for TOM2 and TOM3.

Later I will send out the package for the other parts for another 6 systems.
