Trouble Shooting Notes

I have started a new list to read on the Mark IV site.  When someone writes 
me and says their camera does not work and has such and such symptoms, I 
write back and try to figure out what the problem might be.  This often 
involves an explanation of how something works.  To save doing this over 
and over, I have asked Michael to save these priceless gems in a new 
category called "Trouble Shooting Notes".  You can get at these from the 
"Mark IV" box on the Technical Area page.  There are now 3 of them.
