Thanks to all who offered help on packing.

The real problem is supporting the Mark IV during shipping when it is 
assembled.  One has to construct some sort of shipping brace so that the 
axes do not move around.  So I started working on a scheme to keep the axes 
from moving around, and ended up with a box design.  I have not yet decided 
to build it.  Once built though, I would hope it could be used many times.

Of course, I plan on removing the lenses and cameras and packing them 
separately.
