FW: Mark IV reduction pipeline -- first complete release



Have run the pipeline completely though against Disk 12.
Looks like all of the steps have done their stuff.
Will see if the output makes sense tomorrow.

Have got most things to run through the next couple of steps.
Astrometry problem was operator error.

Currently trying to work thought the final photometry
step of the pipeline.
