Basicx Module

Well, I ordered the basicx-24 development kit and am printing out the
language reference manual. The Stamp sort of looks like you program it in
Basic. The basicx manual so far does not look much like QBasic. The first
few pages are all about globals and locals and formats and the like.

"Toto, I don't think we're in Basic Land anymore."

The real clue came on page 6 where it says:

s = "Hello, world"

Oh! Well! Sooner or later one has to learn modern computer language methods.

Definitely more powerful than the Stamp2. But I will have to pay for the
power. It is always thus. At least it is plug compatible, if not brain
compatible.
