Fits Header Writer

I have spent the last day hunting for the type of problem that you only 
have with QBasic.  In the midst of the code I redefined the variable 
types.  You can't do this in modern languages.  My error.  Just trash left 
behind from many code changes.  But now I have found it, and most things 
are now working in the .fits writer.  Soon we will be able to take fits 
files directly.  I can't wait to bid a fond farewell to RawToFits.  Thank 
you Ted, it was very useful while it lasted.
