Disk 17

One of the things I hope to get out of sending out all those copies of Disk 
17 is that someone will write a script to process them through to star lists.

I also hope to get a critical review of the fits header.  Can we process 
disks through to a star list with the present header.  If not, what more is 
needed.

I can handle a Windows operation, and I will have a go at a Linux script.

I would like to just run TOM and process the sky it can see to star 
lists.  I have about 15 CDs already.  This would make a nice little catalog 
for me (and anyone else) to have fun with.  I should already have 20 or so 
measurements of many stars.  This should grow over the summer to many 
measurements over the +2 to -2 region.

I note that the flat that I can make from just a half dozen object frames 
works pretty good.

I see a few ice crystals on the I images I have been taking.  I think this 
is just fine for test data.  We need to learn how to process such problems.
