I just looked at the I band flat made with 36 object frames.  There are 
several big spots and a bad line.  These are the most abused CCDs.   I have 
tried to do most of the development on one set of CCDs.  So these have 
gotten dirty from times that the covers have come off, etc..  I have kept 
the last 20 new ones "virgin" so eventually there will be some clean cameras.
