Latest Fits Header

OK, here we go again. I appreciate everyone sticking with this until we
get it done. I was not able to group everything in the most desirable
way. This is due to the fits header being assembled in pieces depending on
which camera is being read out. The same holds for the comment lines. The
first call to CFITSIO puts in the advertisement, so the later lines have
additional comments from their sections. BZERO and BSCALE are just not
accepted the way we are doing it. Possibly Rob can get in touch with a
cfitsio expert and find out why.

OK, I hope there is a term here for everyone. What I really hope is that
there is enough to describe the situation so that the images can be
processed now and in the future. Thanks to everyone for their input. If I
seem to have ignored input from one of you, that was not my intent. I plan
to reverse the order of CRVAL1 and CRVAL2. There is also the hour
difference between DATE and DATE-OBS to be fixed.
