observations of a variable star

  Jim,

I'm at the AAS meeting in Pasadena now, so it's not easy
for me to delve into the matter in depth. I will do so after I
return to Rochester on Friday. But, in brief, yes, it's very
possible that these two entries in the 'tenxcat' catalog
do really belong to the same star. As the Technical Note 56
describes, there were problems in merging list of stars from
different nights: sometimes, measurements of the same star
were divided into two entries.

Again, I'll look into this in depth later this week.
