Reducing Disk 18 data with the Mark IV pipeline

  Paul Roe pointed out that one needs to have the very, very
latest version of XVista (codenamed "XVista 9F") to 
work properly with the latest version of the Mark IV pipeline.
It's only this latest version which adds a "quality flag"
to the magnitude measurement of each star.
