New Prom Code

After a number of struggles to get the bits right, I have new prom code 
working.  It does the following:

skip 16          	prescan
read 2048     	data
skip 16        	overscan
read 16	overscan

I do not believe that the covered pixels are covered where they are 
supposed to be.  I can see 3-4 covered pixels at the start of the line, and 
none at the end.  This does not make sense as the device is symmetrical.  I 
will try to put the program in MIKE tonight and look at the sky.
