thanks for hosting my files.  I checked the TASS copy of the report and it seems
to work in the same way as my local copy.  

I think it would be nice to have some TASS WWW server with more space as now so
that some data sets would be available, including provision for CGI scripts.

One thing that could probably improve the accuracy of measurements is that
mentioned by Michael, and also observed by me:  the apparent dependence of
sensitivity on y coordinate.  I did not touch this problem here.
