I just thought it would the fastest way to put some real contents on that
computer without much work: Micheal makes tar of the pages and dump of the
database, you (or your friend) make the opposite and set some permissions and
there you go - a lot of data available online with the possibility to test the
connection.
The other reason is that it would be nice to have the ability for CGI scripts in
the Technical notes what is not the case now. So, if it is possible to make user
accounts for the authors of TN's with the ability to set CGI scripts locally, I
think this would be an improvement.
