A few comments.

Whether or not psf fitting is provided, you will still need the aperture
magnitudes.  So the real storage is 7 apertures plus optionally one psf
magnitude.  Also, no adjustment to Tycho2 color; the numbers should remain
purely instrumental.

You should probably include the version number of the processing program
(that is, flatfield/darksub etc.).  A corresponding parameter is how
the flats/darks were created: median, mode, skyflat or twilightflat, etc.

You should include a 'darktime' parameter -- how long the CCD has been
sitting before it is read out.  That can be different than the exposure
time.  For example, a focus plate will have several short exposures
on the CCD before it is read out, so the dark current will be the total
length between the 'clean' and the read.  Or, we might implement one of
the observing modes used here, where during cloudy spells you suspend
and resume exposures.

Universal Time needs to include UT date as well.
