Second Call for Data Set 19

I just have 3 requests so far.  If things go well, I will send everyone a 
*different* data set 19.  That way each of you will have an opportunity to 
find something new.

I got a second run of 50 frames last night.  The I camera looks OK, but 
slightly out of focus.  The V camera has a filter window (I think) fog 
problem.  I will check to see if the heater is working.  I wish I had 
Arne's relative humidity.
