Well, I'm sure people on the list don't want this thread to develop but
suffice it to say that I said I wouldn't use Win 9x/Me for this and
suggested NT/2K as a better alternative if you wanted to remain in the
Windows world. My experience wth NT, Linux, OS/2 and Solaris in mission
critical applications has been that NT was far worse than the others.
2K might be better but I haven't had to use it in a mission critical
role. Personally, I'd use OS/2 for a task like this. :-)
