MIKE sees first light

Finally have first light for MIKE!  There are still lots of things to do
before I can really take worthwhile data but MIKE has seen stars from its
new home.  Specifically the focus needs work, there are lots of ice
crystals, alignment isn't good and the RA tracking needs tuning but fixing
these is understood.

This is a 20 second exposure in V with dark subtraction but no flat
fielding.
