Status Reports

You will notice that I have stuck to my plan of writing a status report 
each month.  Michael has also written one.  I notice that Michael writes 
his at the beginning of the month and I write mine at the end.  That is how 
tass works.  My August report covers the same period as Michael's 
September.  I would not have it any other way.

The rest of you fee free to write.  Michael will find a home for your comments.
