Frame to frame differences
Ok,
Here's some data. Note that this is produced from an un-qualified pipeline,
but at least the results look reasonable :-) This data was gathered by
using Michael's match program (linear match), a Perl script, and the output
from one stage of my pipeline. The first number is the rotation between the
frames listed (atan c/b) converted to degrees. The second is the X offset
(a), and the third is the Y offset (d). There are some frames missing as I
didn't get good catalog matches from them. If I re-run the pipeline using
raw images (vs dark/flat corrected images), I will get more catalog matched
images, but I think this provides some reasonable data (doesn't it?).
I'd be happy to run again on raw images if anyone would like. Or do some
graphing with the data. Gotta run right now though.
