A New Data Set 20

I just had one request for Data Set 20, and I did not get around to sending
it out. There were also a couple of requests for Data Set 19 which also
did not get sent out.

I am open to suggestions as to what I should send out as the next data
set. If you want to study a particular star, then I will try to make up a
data set for you. Otherwise, I am open to what you all might want to suggest.

I now have about 200 data disks which mostly contain either 56 V or 56 I
images. These were all taken over a range of 18h to 8h with the telescope
centered around 4 to 6 degrees North. Many fields have now been covered
several times with the 56 exposure, 2h 19m run.

Most have WCS labels that give positions of the star fields to a
degree. Some are off by 1 or 2 hours in RA. The Decl. is less well
positioned as the telescope sometimes moves as I drag it in and out of its
enclosure. This will be fixed when we line up the slides better.

The recent data sets are free of frost, and last night's I camera even
seemed better focused. I don't know why it likes it's focus now. Possibly
it is temperature sensitive and comes to a better focus when it is cold.

I am very interested in processing this data and publishing a catalog. We
will eventually get better data, and it will have somewhat smaller
errors. But I think this data is good enough to
