TOM2 Rings

It appears that the rings on the I camera of TOM2 were due to plain old 
condensation.  This explained why the effect would change in intensity and 
generally not obey logic.

I put a heating pad on the I camera lens tube and the problem went 
away.  Next stop Ace Hardware (or your favorite brand) to get some heating 
tape.  You all may recall that there are heaters at the camera face to 
prevent condensation on the filter/window.

I have not had this problem with TOM1 probably because TOM1 never points 
straight up.  So with the long lens shields condensation is less 
likely.  So far, TOM2 data looks pretty good.  More news tomorrow morning 
when the next problem appears.
