  J2000 coordinates for OW Gem / HD 258878 are:
  06 31 41.809 +17 04 55.80

 with appropriate links to references and finding charts)
It is an 8th magnitude star, easy for a Mark IV.
So if you are just thinking about a declination setting
for TOM2, it might not hurt to pick +17 degrees...
