I just looked at the Archive file format.  It would be best
to mail each joke.  This could be done with a script if you
had each joke in it's own file along with a title line.

It is best to mail them as plain text.  Putting HTML in
the archive looks real bad.  It is pretty easy to turn
a bunch of HTML into text.

The next thing to install is a search engine to do keyword
searches in the archive and web site.
