Richard,

The list is quiet because I am reading my 1000 page Linux book whenever my 
brain will work.  At first my brain did not like it.  Now I am beginning to 
realize the logic.  Unix is designed to do anything in a sensible way.  One 
just has to be able to look up the commands and put them together.  This 
will  take some practice.  It is the usual problem of learning a language, 
and I am not very good at that.
