David Charbonneau to talk at Fermilab
David Charbonneau whose name is on all the papers about detection of
planets using photometry is to talk at Fermilab on 24 April. I think he is
going to talk on detection of planetary atmospheres. He seems to also be
working on something called STARE which uses a 286 mm f/2.9 telescope with
a 2k x 2k CCD. Not all that different from a Mark IV.
If any of you want to show up, I will worry about how to get you into
Fermilab. Not easy these days.
