Michael Richmond Pipeline

As I struggle to get Michael's pipeline running, I would again like to 
thank him for all the documentation.  As a novice, I seem to have a 
fighting chance to figure out what he is doing.  That is all I ask.

At the moment, I am trying to figure out how to fix the "bias" label on the 
dark files by digging into the .tcl code.  It looks like I might be able to 
do it.

Thank you again, Michael, for all that work.
