Re: DS20 under Linux
Maciej,
I have now run the Michael Richmond pipeline on one set of Vand I
images. It ran to completion with no errors. It took about 3 hours on a
1GHz Pentium 3 with 500 MByes of memory running Mandrake 8.1. (I think it
is a pentium 3). I picked a pair of fairly dark sky images taken
recently. You may want to try it with Andrew's favorite dark images which
I think are the first good pair in DS20.
The pair I selected had a higher star density. I am trying to investigate
problems with blending and the like.
I think I am worthless to help as I am trying to write code to look at the
results. ;^)
