I will venture out on a very long limb and say that I've seen dips like this
before when I've let my automated photometry runs go a little too long and
the stars have passed into the tree tops.  Could there have been some kind
of obstruction that these two stars passed behind in the I camera only? 
It's hard to tell because the time axis on the plot is jumbled.

Another thought would be that the tracking was not perfect and the stars
drifted slowly over a bad column in the I camera.
