Waiting for a good Control Program

I think my QBasic camera control program is getting tired.  Last night it 
suddenly started writing the wrong declination value in the files.  I 
cannot find now where I write the value I think I should be writing.  Sigh!

This begs for a good control program.  I guess I will have to just keep 
building systems and sending them out until someone gets around to doing 
this.  Sigh!

One really needs to have a telescope and to try to run it in order to do 
this.  Sigh!  Some telescopes are out there.  Possibly some will try to run 
them.  Sigh!
