If you mean a version which will take exactly the same input
and give exactly the same output, then the answer is not yet.
Given the PERL code, it would be trivial to reprogram it in
either. I can send it to whoever would like it. (I am actually
adding some sanity-checks in today and doing some further
testing, but if you want what I have at any given instant, I'll
send it along.)
