books. Best I know of, anyway. A search there for Author=percy (I know he's not
really the author, but it works for the search) and title=variable stars turns up
4 dozen copies at prices from $12 up. Some of the listings are duplicates (same
dealer listed in different co-ops), but still. I don't see any European dealers for
this particular book, but bookfinder searches European databases in addition to US
ones.
