It's physically unlikely but certainly possible. The only requirement
is that both stars have the same temperature but one star is bigger
than the other. (Assuming a circular orbit. If it's eccentric then it's
actually easier to make this kind of thing happen since the stars can
be of different temperatures and still have equal eclipse depths
because the areas covered during the two eclipses can be different.)
